From October 2021 to July 2023, Jin Chen, as a third-party independent investigator recognized by the World Bank ("Third party Investigator"), conducted an independent investigation into a World Bank project in which a large construction engineering group (hereinafter referred to as "the enterprise") had participated. Recently, the World Bank recognized Jinchen's independent investigation report, confirming that the enterprise has fulfilled its obligation to cooperate with the investigation and other compliance rectification obligations, and lifted the sanctions against the enterprise.
